- Clean the silicone band on the thigh high stockings with rubbing alcohol or Dawn® soap when it begins to lose the stickiness. By doing this, it will remove the natural oil from your skin and help the band adhere better to the skin.
- Wear the knee-high socks approximately two fingers below the back crease of the knee.
- Donning (rubber) gloves are a fantastic aid when putting on your compression wear. Also, they help prolong the lifespan of compression wear.
